*All adult fitness classes are $15 for drop ins and a package of 10 classes is $125 and can be used for any classes including; yoga, pilates and bootcamp. Please stop by the front desk before class for payment options.

Tuesdays
Yoga Namaste Level 1-2
Instructor: Stacy McCarthy
Time: 8:15-9:15 am
Build a strong, safe and healthy yoga practice with detailed alignment, use of props and proper breathing. An important class for newcomers and experienced students who want to deepen their practice but may have injuries, muscular imbalances or structural irregularities. You’ll create strength, flexibility and balance by starting with a solid foundation. As a Yoga & Health Teacher for more than 20 years, Stacy is the Yoga Director at the Yoga School of Business. With a degree in Exercise Science & grandfathered into the Yoga Alliance at it’s highest level she’s gained recognition for her Yoga Body DVD Series. She leads Teacher Trainings, Retreats, & presents workshops at some of the country’s most acclaimed conferences.

Synergy System Pilates
Instructor: Cathleen Murakami
Time: 8:15-9:15
Mat Pilates is an approach to exercise that strengthens the deep abdominal and back muscles, increases flexibility, strength, and joint mobility. Powered by the breath and focused with the mind, Pilates mat exercises will leave you feeling strong, stretched, and centered. This class will be led by Cathleen Murakami, director of Synergy Systems Fitness Studio, where she has been working with clients since 1994. After completing an apprenticeship with the Alan Herdman Pilates Studio of London, Cathleen returned to the U.S. to develop, coordinate and train staff in Pilates mat work and equipment at both the Rancho la Puerta & The Golden Door Spas. Please bring your own mat and a towel. There is a one time $20 material fee. You keep the materials after purchase.

Yoga Namaste Level 2-3

A challenging and dynamic flow of authentic postures and sun salutations with impeccable sequencing, traditional breath, jump-throughs and jump backs. Stacy masterly blends prep work with more challenging postures of the first, second and third series of Ashatanga Yoga. Be prepared to move beyond boundaries and reach new levels on your practice.
