Planning an upcoming event?

The Rancho Santa Fe Community Center may be available to help host your special occasion, including conferences, dances, birthday parties, banquets, and corporate meetings. Choose from 3 unique rooms to suit your needs.

1) Performance Hall: Gymnasium size, with extractable stage, drop-down projection screen, high quality spot lighting, drop-down basketball hoops, hard floors, high ceilings, and patio entrance. Maximum capacity: 450 people.

2) The Herrick Room: Perfect for business meetings. Includes private entrance, drop-down projection screen, sink with cupboards, carpet, and high windows. Maximum capacity: 35 people.

3) The Cleary Room: Includes fully equipped kitchen and tile floors. Perfect for children's classes. Maximum Capacity: 40 people.

Our rates are highly competitive so that your event stays on budget.

The Performance Hall
Non-profit: $75.00/hour
Member: $150.00/hour
Non-Member: $200.00/hour

The Herrick Room or The Cleary Room
Non-profit: $40.00/hour
Member: $50.00/hour
Non-Member: $75.00/hour

$250.00 security deposit due upon signing of the contract. Final amount of payment due one week before the event.

Please refer to our facility rental contract for additional rental fees. 

These rates include set-up for up to 25 people. Additional costs will be applied depending on the event. Insurance coverage may be required.
